I work for a fortune 500 biotech company in Northern California and I will be relocating to Durham next year. I am wondering what the pay is like for Clinical Operations Support, or to be specific, Clinical Trial Associates in the Durham area.

You might check GlassDoor.com - you can search by job title and view reports of salaries from local companies. Quintiles and PPD are the biggies around here. I didn't find your title specifically.

Clinical Trials Assistant is in the 40k-42k range
Clinical Research Associate is in the 54k-77k range
Senior CRA is in the 80k-88k range

But as posted above, depends on specific experience.

dmann's salary ranges look about right for this area. Many of the CROs also split the clinical operations and clinical project management. The salary range for Sr. Project Coordinators seems to be a bit higher than the 40-42 range - probably 55-70k from what I've seen.
