I am planing to move from charlotte (pineville, ballantyne area) to chapel hill.
please, can anyone inform me what area at chapel hill (close to UNC) is similar to pineville ballantyne at Charlotte?
And also is there any earthfare at chapel hill or close to it?.:
I'm not familiar with that area in Charlotte; however, I can help with two things:
Yes, there is an Earth Fare in Chapel Hill even though the company site doesn't list it. Here's a link to a grocery blog that does: Grocerying: Search results for chapel hill earth fare
The CHOC Visitor's Center offers a nice publication called "University of NC Smart Moves Apartment Finder;" maybe they'd mail it to you, or check out one of the publication sponsors: redefine travel
Plenty of apartment options in Chapel Hill in close proximity to UNC, and the town also has an outstanding bus system. Not familiar with where you are coming from though, so don't really have any recommendations there.

Hey Jmd123 and Toot68,
I appreciate your reply, it is relly helpful
FYI, in case you like being convenient to good groceries, there is a Whole Foods (and soon to be a Trader Joe's) off E. Franklin St. in Chapel Hill (east of UNC) and Carrboro (west of UNC) is home to a very nice coop natural foods store. Both areas are on the fare free bus line.
