My wife recently hit another car at a stop sign. The other car was not damaged, but our car has damage at the front right. I have a high deductible and will probably not file a claim on this. Are there any recommendations for body shops that do good work and will take the time to determine the best approach for repair? I have had previous work done at Kenny Hawkins and Hendrick, where someone hit my car and I wasn't paying for the repair. Both places did good work, but I got the impression they were high volume and took the approach of just replacing everything, when some items may have been cheaper to repair. Thanks.

I've used Performance Auto Body before. They did great work for me. They'll pretty much fix what you want fixed. Just ask them to call you before they do anything that exceeds the estimate.

I'd recommend Haddock in Cary. I've used them in the past -- great work!

I would NOT use Maaco in Cary. I had a bad experience there.
