If I'm reading your link correctly, that area is much too small for a Costco, and it's already been built out (space now for lease). Not that I think a Costco is coming to that area, but I believe pansygirl is referring to the open land across Davis Drive from the Harris Teeter shopping center. I'd guess it's going to be more housing developments.

I went as a guest to the Costco in Raleigh trying to see if they had Mexican Coca Cola with real sugar While signibg in I asked them as even though I've heard lots if good things about Costco, there are too many BJs and Sams near Morriville to have it make sense to join Costco. The customer service person said they were looking for somewhere on the western side of the county long term but as far as she knew there were no concrete plans.
If KITE Realty will ever build the Super Target center off 55 btw Apex and Holly Springs, I think there is a chance we'd see a BJ's go there. They tend to follow targets.
