I am currently looking at houses in Wake Forest and am trying to find more about two subdivsions. I'd appreciate some insight on Flaherty Farms and Jones Dairy Subdivisions.

Thanks in advance for your input.

I have a co-worker who lives in Jones Dairy...they like it, but I don't know much about it.

I go by Flaherty Farms on the way to the new dog park (at Flaherty Park). Seems like a quiet neighborhood.

Is there something specific you would like to know?

Thanks for your fast reply. I was mainly concerned with the safety in both areas. I wasn't sure if there was an area in Wake Forest I should avoid. I was reading about a problem with the water pressure at Flaherty Farms. Both areas looked great to me when I visited and drove around. The houses were well kept and in my price range.

There are areas of Wake Forest that are nicer then others....and yes, there are some less then stellar citizens around....but those areas are safe.

I met a woman that lives in Flaherty Farms the other night. If I see her at the dog park again I'll ask for her view of the place.

Edited because the prior post I was responding to has been removed (as well it should have been!)
