Last saturday I made a trip to Logan's for their harvest day festival and a pizza truck was stationed out in the parking lot. It's called Klausie's Pizza and they serve up a mean deep dish pizza in thick square slices. I had two slices and a can of soda for $5.50. I think they are relatively new to the Triangle food truck scene but according to the owner they have a regular gig on Thursday nights outside of Big Boss Brewery.

Kluasie's will also be one of the Food Truck vendors participating in Big Boss's Food Truck Harvest this Thursday (10/14) along with Only Burger, Mom's Delicious Dishes, Valentinos, and Indian Food on Wheels. For more info about the Food Truck Harvest check out the Big Boss Beer Website.

Chicago style pizza looks like that when it's on foil, LOL. It's pretty messy to be honest, at least from my experience eating/ordering it, no matter where it might be, that's for deep dish only though, their thin and crispy crust is to die for usually cooked like a cookie sheet would be, sometimes round shape, depending on the Chicago Pizza restaurant establishment.

$5.50 for two slices and a drink is a great price, but you won't find those type of prices at fairs and festivals, LOL!! Well not always!

Thanks for sharing!!
