My husband will be home from a year deployment in Iraq and we just bought a home for him to come HOME too. MODERATOR CUT: No solicitation or advertising.

BTW: We are already listed on Craigslist

Thanks!

You might try listing on some of the free classified boards that people are using to sale their homes...

backpage.com
caryyardsales.com

etc...

Have you tried actually going to the apt. management and talking to them? I've had clients do that and if the apt. is readily leased, the management is happy to work with you. Especially with hubby being in the service. Or at least, thats what I'd think! Good luck. And let this be a lesson to you all. I keep saying if you WANT to lease before buying, lease for 3 months!!! Makes it easier when you want out...which you will do!!! I speak from the experience of working with MANY MANY CLIENTS!

We have an they are really nice but in order for us to get out of the lease we have to get someone to replace us so ..here I am. We didn't really know we were going to buy the house it was kinda "spur of a good deal" so we didn't poorly plan but you are right it's certainly a lesson for someone else. Thanks!
