Just saw the ads "from 200K".
Anyone knows more information?

I am hunting for a new home. Any recommendations?

Are you sure you have the cross streets correct? Maybe there was a sign there, however the closest clearing for a new community is at the corner of Green Level Church & O'Kelly Chapel Rd- I can't remember the name though (there was a thread on CD about this community not long ago)

Have the home prices come down in that area recently? Or are they building more affordable homes there now?
Not long ago, prices seemed to be in the 300K+ price range in that area ...

I hear that Evans Farm by M/I homes at the intersection of O'Kelly Chapel & Green Level will have homes in the upper $200's to low $300's. The plans will be similar to the homes they sold off in the Overlook section of Greystone off Green Level. Planned opening: Dec-Jan.

You are right about more 'affordable' homes coming to the market. They may be slab construction on smaller lots.
