Looks like 5.5-to-6 inches on my deck railing here near Wake / Granville Co. line and still snowing. It's BEAUTIFUL in the trees! I'm lamenting the fact that when we moved from IL over a year ago that we got rid of the snow shovels AND my snow boots!

Only about 6" on the Wake/Durham border in NW Raleigh but its certainly nice snow !

As long as the snow hasnt been packed down by walking over it then this might work...once its packed down forget it...Up to 8" now...

You need a shovel for this stuff ground is wet under the snow plus we have almost 10 here in Fuquay. All shoveled also. Enjoy. I told ya all 4 days ago it was gonna happen.
