I recently dined at a Thai restaurant in the UK and had "mock duck." Does anyone know where I can find it? I went to the Asian Market on Buck Jones and they don't carry it. It's a vegetarian product made of wheat gluten.

Strange -- I'm pretty sure I've bought it from Grand Asia before. Did you ask if they were just out of stock?

I asked someone and he just replied "no, we don't sell it."
I was surprised that I couldn't find it there.

I actually saw some this morning at Asia Market in Durham - 2726 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. It was back by the fresh noodles. This is a much smaller market than Grand Asia but it always seems to have everything I need and more. Note: $15 minimum for credit cards, which is annoying. Note: I always spend too much anyway and meet the minimum.

Thanks NorasMom. I'm going to call around my neck of the woods and if I can't find it I'll take a ride to Durham.
