Another curious user here as well, particularly since these are the two builders in the new Keystone Crossing community. Thanks in advance for any input

Depends on the plans you are looking at. My wife and I checked out Landings at the Neuse and they had really nice well built homes in their Estate collection. We also checked out Summerdale in Fuquay and those homes seemed well built as well, not as many upgrades standard as in Landings but nice. I have not heard any nightmares about them and they seem to have good warranties.

We just checked out Summerdale last week and really liked it. A friend of ours that had a house built a few years back said she hasn't heard anything negative about these 2 builders.

Keystone Crossing is right next to Kitts Creek, but you have to access it off Davis Drive through a business park (a bit strange). The sales office told us they are trying to have an entrance built that comes out onto Church Street between the Kitts Creek entrance and the intersection with Rt. 54.

I just purchased/moved into Keystone and went with a Jordan home which I am very satisfied with. The house is solid and I am impressed with the standard features, the superintendent stayed until almost 8pm on a Friday to help us put in our surround sound speakers and was a super nice guy. I also visited Kitts Creek, Providence Place and Davis Park when shopping for a home in RTP, all are very nice but priced well above Keystone. Some of my neighbors have Perry homes and they are the exact same as our Jordan. So, overall I am very happy with the purchase and would buy another Jordan home in the future.

Can someone tell me why no one ever answers the phone there or returns my calls lately and I hear they are going under. Any one else have info. I currently live in a Perry Home and have to get my 12 month warranty issues addressed.

I have sold a couple of homes in The Landings At Neuse Crossings. My clients are very happy with their home and the service we got.

I haven't heard that Perry is "closing the doors". Is this true?
