Have noticed an over inventory availability of housing options in Briar Creek with substantial lower housing prices. Is this due to the current overall economic housing downturn or is there an infrastructure problem with the community which is driving people to sell ?

Any comments or opinions would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks

Brier Creek was overpriced to begin with. I'm sure it's that and the economy.

Why buy a Toll Bros tract house when, for the same price or less, you can buy a custom home? I am talking resale inventory.

When you buy a home in Brier Creek, you must pay to join the club. Prices did drop, as they have all over the area, but add the price of the club in and it becomes more expensive. I haven't seen a higher percentage of discounted homes in Brier Creek than any other area.
