I use a dry cleaner on the corner of Gorman and Avent Ferry called Dryclean Enterprise. Not Garner, but close. My only stipulation for a good dry cleaner is that they charge a reasonable price and do not destroy my buttons. If they do break them off, then they must sew them back on in the correct place. Nothing I hate worse that a crooked collar button. This place is good about buttons and about the only problem that I've had with them is that I have to be very specifc that I want NO STARCH.
We've been very happy with Quality Cleaners in the Food Lion shopping center at 40/42. My husband gets his shirts and suits cleaned and pressed there on a pretty regular basis. I did have an issue once with an alteration I had done on some pants (they send items out to be done), but they made it right and all was well. It's a nice older couple who own/run it.
