Demographics at Kitts Creek, Morrisville (technology jobs, neighborhood, purchase)

My husband and I are considering to purchase at Kitts Creek. Can any one tell us about the demographics (age, children, occupation,...).

Perhaps the US government can using census data, but I've never seen that made available to the general public.

My guess is families with someone in the household working in RTP.

I am a new resident of Kitts Creek. I would say about half of the families here have children. The majority of people living here do work in RTP. The neighborhood is as close as you can get to RTP and still be in Wake County- with those coveted Wake County Schools. I love the neighborhood and have found it very easy to meet new people and get to know my neighbors. Since most of the people work in RTP I would say most of my neighbors have technology jobs, including my husband.
