Standard Pacific will begin selling homes at The Park at West Lake tomorrow. With Lennar and Standard Pacific both selling in the same area, The Commons, what would be the main difference between the two builders? We've heard good things about both builders. Thanks!!
As an inspector, I am not a fan of Standard Pacific. They put up every obstacle they can to deter inspections. As a consumer, I would prefer a builder with nothing to hide, perceived or otherwise. I also believe Lennar to have a better handle on quality control between the two.
Lennar is an ENERGY STAR builder and Standard Pacific isn't. Enough said.
