There used to be a couple of BIG chairs (one was a giant rocking chair) right off interstate 40 at exit 261 near Hillsborough. My family and I went in search of them on Sunday and they were no longer there. Does anyone know what happened to them?

Don't know anything about their current status, but they were owned by Cooper-Payne Tree Farms. Might call them to ask what the deal is, and be sure to report back.  |

Per the owner, David Payne...
"Nan,
We moved them to our farm off Davis Road. We lost our lease there and moved our inventory back to our farm. The chairs came as well. Less liability as a result!
David"
