My husband may be working at Fort Bragg beginning in July and we want to live in the FV/Angier/Willow Spring area....he will be a civil service employee so he will not need to be in early for PT...any ideas on how long of a commute time he will face? Also, is 401 a 2 or 4 lane highway.

According to Google Maps, the commute would be 47 minutes from Fuquay Varina, 43 minutes from Angier, and 55 minutes from Willow Spring. Unfortunately, U.S. 401 is only a 2-lane highway.

Default I know several people that work at Bragg and live in FV

The commute is approx. 45 minutes. It's relatively a straight shot.

Just be careful in Lilington, the speed limit is 20, and there are lots of cops in through there!
