I'm throwing a party next Saturday and I'm looking to serve a big sub (3 to 5 ft) for my guests.

I've researched a few sub places in Raleigh and they all seem to sell only sandwich platters with the sandwiches already individually cut. I would like to find a place that sells one big sub that I can cut on my own.

Of course, I'm also looking for the sub to taste good! Any recommendations?

I appreciate any help! Thanks guys!

I don't know where you are in Raleigh so this may not work for you, but we have gotten the long hero from Morrisville Deli. They make several kinds and offer different sizes- 3ft, 4ft, 6ft.

The only "sub" around here worth eating is a cheesesteak from Anvil's.

Most sub places will make whole subs uncut if you request it. Subway catered an affair and had quite a few options for sandwiches and sides.

I'm working on getting an Eegee's on the east coast!

On Super Bowl Sunday, I saw Jersey Mike's making some huge party subs. Looked good!

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm in N. Raleigh, but I would travel to Morrisville if the subs are worth it. I'll probably check it out this weekend!

That makes sense that you could just request them to leave it uncut. When I was researching them, I only looked at what their catering offerings were. But, I'm sure they wouldn't mind leaving it whole. Thanks!

Jersey Mikes, huh? I'm pretty sure I've had their subs before and they were pretty good. I'll look into seeing if they'll make a 3-4 ft sub, whole. Thanks for the suggestion!
