To add - great location, short drive to Garner, Cary (Walnut St), downtown Raleigh. Will be very handy to 540 extension, if that ever goes through.
The only thing about it is that it is kind of a neighborhood without a town. Technically it is Fuquay but it is really closer to south Cary and Holly Springs, and it has an Apex address! How far to grocery stores, fast food restaurants, etc.
WCPSS Node 462.2 reports to Middle Creek HS this year and next year. After that. . . . . ?
There is a Harris Teeter and a Food Lion, as well as a number of fast food restaurants, at the corner of Ten-Ten Rd and Highway 401, which is only about 3 miles away.
If I was going to pay Brighton Forest type money, and I was concerned with High Schools, I would find something in Apex or Holly Springs, and settle for a little less house.
