It's a non-profit pushing for a change they believe in. I don't really think they have any profit motives.

"Plug In America is a coalition of RAV4-EV drivers, former lessees of Honda EV+, GM EV1, Ford Ranger and Ford Th!nk City electric cars, and advocates of energy independence and clean air. Prior to 2008, we functioned as a loose network of individuals organized around various websites like dontcrush.com and saveEV1.com. We then coalesced into a chapter of the Electric Auto Association. On January 2, 2008, Plug In America became a separate California non-profit corporation. On August 18, 2008, we became an official 501(c)(3) public charity!"

I'm not really too concerned about her writings. Also quoted in the book is the ex-director of the CIA. It's got a lot of big names in it.

Ut-oh gas a penny under $3.80 in Wake Forest today.....at this rate $4 will be good pine pollen sneeze away! Cutting back on trips to the market for sure.

Anyone else change their driving habits yet? This is da-ja-vu all over again!

Upsides to high gas prices in the Triangle: Less pollution. Fewer car accidents. Less noise. Less wear and tear on cars.

It's not all bad.

I'm so glad I live in a neighborhood close to everything.

"neighborhood close to everything." seems to be the way of the future!

So far today as eyes are rotating left to right and right to left, gas is holding at $3.79! But like sand bags holding back a rising river, its just a matter of time before the $3.80 barrier is broken!
