I have read all the furniture related threads on the forum and am asking for suggestions for places to buy formal sofa set for the living room.I have checked out Ethan Allen,Thomsaville,Pottery Barn.I like some stuff in Etham Allen and Pottery Barn.Are there any NC manufacturers who make quality furniture which are within maximum two hours drive of Chapel Hill?Any suggestions are welcome!
Have you not been to Hight Point yet? If you can't find anything there, then you won't find it anywhere imo. There is just so much.. you could spend 2 days alone at Furnitureland & Boyles. Although I have to say I found a lot at Havertys here in Raleigh. Maybe try Kirk's Imports too.
Their closest store to the Raleigh area is Richmond VA, but if you are looking for formal funiture (with corresponding prices ) this may be your place.
As mentioned, Whitley Galleries is a good place to start nearby. We just bought our second Mitchell Gold sofa. We're hooked now They have an outlet store in Hickory. Beyond Blu in North Hills carries some pieces in their store.
