Serious question. I'm in the age range for having children, but apparently not the income bracket.
They bring them up like my wife did when we lived in Mini-City.

No legal mandate exists forcing reproduction from all couples.

Mini-City? The little strip mall on Capital?

Yup, a very marginal area off Capital Blvd near New Hope Rd.

Now live further down Capital in a better complex.

High crime area.

Most expensive of all. I work at RTI and don't have my kids there.

We attend the new Goddard School in Durham. We love the school. The Goddard School has definitely made a strong positive impact on our child. Good luck with your move.

Could just be that the other 2 centers we tried were subpar and not representative of most daycares in the area, but we are beyond happy. They provide snacks but not meals.
My most favorite one is The Goddard School and its cheaper here comparing to what we paid for it in Minnesota

Do you know where you are going to live in the triangle? That will go a long way towards which daycare is convenient/right for your family.

I live in Morrisville and I think Kids R Kids is the best in the area. My toddler goes to Creative School. A bit cheaper and nice as well. La Petite is solid but I don't think you get the same bang for your buck there.

For 5 star care you're looking at 1100-1400 a month. That will include food. Most facilities do not accept credit cards and close between 6-6:30.
