I would like to take guitar lessons. I live in Fuquay Varina. I need someone who teaches adults (I'm 32) and perhaps also children (as I have a 5 year old I may want to put into lessons in the future).

Check the park and recs program for Fuquay and maybe Holly Springs. I'm not sure if they offer lessons but I know the Town of Cary has a program. My daughter is taking them right now and it's inexpensive. I know many of the guitar shops have information on lessons.

What would you like to learn? You Tube has about every kind of guitar lesson you can imagine for free.
I wish I had access to that when I first started playing! If you want to learn music theory, lessons are very helpful. If you just want to learn to "jam", You Tube can handle that with ease. I will give you all the free advice you like if you want to message me.

Do you want to learn how to read music and understand theory or more casual just for fun type of lessons?-Locals Guitars and Music in Apex has a good guy-I agree that the internet has some of the best resources available and might be cheaper if you just looking for fun-check out unitedwetab.com. Good site that charges $1 for full sheet music in what is know as Tab form(Finger positions so you do not need to read music).
