My neighbor's Bermuda grass, which is creeping into my yard, just started turning green this week. At least soon it will all be the same color.

Yes, but lay off the fertilizer. It's rarely necessary on centipede. And you'll probably never have to add lime to centipede. It likes acidic soils.

I am seeing some in my neighborhood starting to have green patches...its seems that it happens close to the true warm up...like weather in the upper 60's+ for like a wk or so..only my observation for the past fews yrs, I have nothing else to base it on...

Bermuda will take over -very aggressive grass-I gave up on grass here-I like the Africian Safari look of my back-yard

I just checked, and I'm happy to report that a lovely little strip of "wire grass" is greening up beside the driveway where it gets full sun for most of the day.
