Okay, so our 4 day trip had us driving all around... mostly lost... but I seemed to have fallen in love with the Scott's Mill area.

Anyone out there live there? Any pros or cons to your neighborhood?

I'm so excited to get there... you have a lovely community and I can't wait to be a part of it!

Thanks!

Very pretty homes. However, very small yards (many have only .1 acres)

It depends on what section you are in, and what your price range is. Scotts Mill Magnolia is newer (new homes still being built) and does have very small lots. But, there are homes in other sections with .20-.40 (not gigantic, but much better than .10-.12).

I think the general consensus is that it's a very nice neighborhood. I've not heard anything bad about since I moved here. Price per square foot is higher because the homes have more "features," and the homes are on the small side for some people. Very pretty neighborhood though!

I have two friend in the neighborhood, they built probably 4 years ago. They love the neighborhood, everyone seems quite friendly, they have neighborhood gatherings (at least my friends talk about them), I love the way the neighborhood looks and the quality of the homes seems very good (at least the two I have been in regularly!)

My mom fell in love with this neighborhood when she was house shopping, but it turned out to just cost too much for what she wanted. I like it too, but the yards are too small for me.

I love the neighborhood too, and just sold a really nice home there on about .33 acre. Great back yard. The quality of this home is very good also.
