I am looking for a decent recommendation on someone that can do cabinet built-ins for my living room area. There are some open/concave area if my living room area that I would love to install built-ins and would like someone that does real good work at a fair price. Any suggestions?
I have a very good friend that is a carpenter that is based out of Durham. He goes all over the triangle and he does phenomenal work at a great price. You will not find a better carpenter than him, and one of his specialities is both designing and constructing built-in shelving in all types of rooms.
They do custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, built-ins, and entertainment centers.
Their work begins with computer generated 3D drawings so you can see exactly what the finished project will look like; all at no charge.
They are masters at custom finishes, glazing, and finishing and can match or coordinate any color.
You will be impressed with their quality.
Wow, that's some gorgeous work!!!!
I am looking for something like this, too, only on a simple scale in my laundry room, which is also a mud room/pass through from the deck to the kitchen. I'm thinking cubbies/hooks on one side for coats and shoes, and the W/D on the other with shelving for laundry baskets (and a place to fold clothes). I have NO idea what to budget or whom to call for this kind of work. I'm not looking for this high-end detail work, but I don't want wire shelving and I want it sturdy and custom built and done well.
So I would be interested in any suggestions on this as well!
