We used Hillard Roofing as they also did another house on my street a few weeks earlier and they did a great job.

I liked them because they came in did the job and were gone before we got home from work that day. They left ZERO trash, the only way you knew they had been there was because there was a brand new roof on the house.

Reviving this old thread, because this^ is almost exactly what I need. I've got 1188 sq feet, plus a garage, so maybe 1400? Probably need some plywood and some trim board replaced.

I'll sort back through this thread for names of companies to call, but specifically, are you still happy with the work Hillard did, now that it's been a couple years?

Reps to you for posting what I need.

EDIT: Anyone used THESE guys (JTrent Assoc), they sure get some good reviews on Google+. Would love some trusted CD feedback.

Hmmm, researched this after reading the topic, but without reading the the thread, but this is what I found.

ballpark roof replacement costs:

Metrodome roof to be replaced at an estimated cost of $18.3 million.

Be nice to your servers, I'll be here all week.

Curious they use plywood. In the Midwest, everybody prefers OSB because it doesn't delaminate. Is plywood the regional default?

We say "plywood," but mostly use OSB.
Personally, I prefer to see replacement with the same sheathing as on the roof already, whether OSB or plywood.
