It does look cool. I have not been, but am intrigued. My favorite goat cheese place, In the Red Farm and Dairy (sold at in the building at the farmer's market) went out of business.

Thumbs up Go!

My husband and I attended one of the last dinners they offered in the Fall. WOW. It was an absolutely amazing experience. I would highly recommend going to one of their Dinner at the Dairy evenings - you won't be disappointed. The setting is just picturesque. The food is incredible. You have the opportunity to talk with everyone involved in this impressive place, from the owner to the gardener, the chef, the farmer, etc. The tour is great, you learn about what they do and WHY they do it, the goats are hilarious, and again, the grounds are beautiful. When we went, they had outdoor bonfires and appetizers to start the night off, and with each new course, the owner would tell you exactly where you food came from and how. I could go on and on...

We are planning our next rip pout this Spring

I have not been, but their cheese is amazing! They use it at the QW restaurants (Green Valley Grill, Lucky 32, etc.).
