Does anyone have any suggestions for a realtor? We're coming down to check out Holly Springs, Apex, and the surrounding areas and would like to find a realtor to work with us.

Thanks for your help!

We had the absolute best in realtor, Paul Folmsbee, help us when we were looking from NJ. He took us on tours of the area so we knew what we were looking at, and the what the areas were like. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us suitable homes. He spent the entire Saturday and 1/2 of Sunday with us the first time we visited, and big chunks of time the other times we visited. He knows all the rules and regs. He found and organised all the inspections we wanted. PM me if you want his contact details.

I know a number of people in real estate. One specializes in connecting people with New Home builders which are offering discounts of thousands and thousands of dollars for new home purchases. Lot of pressure on these builders and they make these offers to move their inventory of homes that are built but haven't sold yet. They act kind of like a clearing house for these New Home Builders on these kinds of homes. Give me a call and I'll point you in the right direction for the area you are looking at (832-282-5725). With these discounts you can get a new home for about the same price as a comparably sized used home only without the run-down factor.
