Does anyone have any suggestions for a realtor? We're coming down to check out Holly Springs, Apex, and the surrounding areas and would like to find a realtor to work with us.
We had the absolute best in realtor, Paul Folmsbee, help us when we were looking from NJ. He took us on tours of the area so we knew what we were looking at, and the what the areas were like. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us suitable homes. He spent the entire Saturday and 1/2 of Sunday with us the first time we visited, and big chunks of time the other times we visited. He knows all the rules and regs.
