Hello! We are going to be relocating to the Cary area soon and we have a 10 month old. We have an amazing pediatrician here in Maryland and we would like to find a great pediatrician in the Cary/Apex area. If anyone has any recommendations I would love to hear them!

Thanks!

We take our 14 month old to Cornerstone Pediatrics in Cary. They are great! The even offer clinic hours and are open on Saturday mornings. Located on the corner of Davis and High House Rd. Highly recommend them!

Is it a large practice or just a couple pediatricians?

I also recommend Cornerstone Pediatrics. They are a "large enough" practice, but you can always request the same doctor. Very nice staff, good nurses, friendly doctors (not just a quick examination).

Triangle Pediatrics at Cary Parkway and Kildaire Farm. It is a large and old practice. Have been happy with them.

We use Apex Pediatrics. There is good pediatric coverage in this area so it's going to boil down to your personal preference.

Apex peds has been outstanding regarding non-scheduled appointments. We have never had a problem getting an appt. for the little unexpected things that pop up. The practice has maybe 5 doctors. We had preemie twins and have been very happy with the care and assistance that the practice has provided regarding preemie related issues and concerns.

We travel from Cary to Raleigh to Carolina Kids Pediatrics. They are located across the street from Rex Hospital. We see Dr. Nechyba who is the former chief resident of pediatrics at Johns Hopkins. The practice has sick clinic most days so you just walk in with your child- no need for an appointment. They don't charge for a lot of the things other practices do and it is has been a far more positive experience for us vs the other practice we tried here in town. I can't say enough about Dr. Nechyba. He has been very good to my little one.
