Looking for info on Cornerstone Apartments - I understand its the only apartment rental that feeds to Davis Drive Elementary. Is it kid friendly, clean, good neighbors etc? Looking for a nice pet friendly (1 small dog) kid friendly rental until our house sells and their web-site looks good, but have been concerned by some of the reviews talking about indoor bugs (may be out dated - from early/mid 2010) Thanks!

A bunch of kids that my kids go to school with live there. I know someone who lives there and they like it fine. There are tons of kids there. I've gotten stuck behind the school bus a couple times and it takes forever to load....in fact, I think they have their own bus!

Thanks Twingles! Other townhome suggestions under $1k per month for a 2 bed, small dog friendly place are welcomed! Looking for Morrisville Elementary or Davis Drive schools - not seeing a ton of options via Hotpads :-(

I don't know about the apartments specifically but I live in Stone Creek Village, across the street and it's a great area. Convenient to so many places.

Have visited the area & think it's great - just wondering about the apartment complex :-) Other suggestions are truly, truly welcomed - would love to be able to find a townhouse... Thanks so much for the feedback so far.

We lived there briefly. The apartment complex is nice (nothing fancy), and the location was great. We really enjoyed that area, and it felt very safe. Our experience was that the neighbors mostly kept to themselves for the most part. However, we did have a LOT of bugs--especially spiders!!! And they were huge! We found them in our kitchen nearly every day, and it did creep me out quite a bit...
Other than the spiders, it was a good place to live and met our needs for a temporary apt.

We have tons of spiders, house centipedes, etc.
It's all the trees around here, I reckon. I'd rather deal with a few bugs than live in a concrete jungle.
My hubby lived there at Cornerstone around 2002-3. He liked it.
