Is there a new community in a good school district anywhere around the triangle -- looking for 2500 sq ft (approx) home in the 200's? Not being from the area, it is very hard to tell what's going on or where to look. We are a family of 5 -- three children under 8. We would like to be in a new community so we can meet new families in the same position. Any suggestions? Commute time is not an issue at this point as we are not being relocated for work. Thanks.

Hi!

If you are looking only for new contruction, you could check out these places:

braxton village in holly springs http://www.trianglenewhomes.com/community.aspx?ind=BRX

Holly Glen (beazer homes)

Mirramonte by mccar homes
http://www.mccarhomes.com/communities/cities/communityPage.asp?communityName=Miramonte (broken link)

In wake forest, there is:
a Lennar community called thornrose:

Richland Hills Preserves

Moss Creek

Bennett Park

That is all I can think of right now. All of them are in very good school districts, holly springs is south of raleigh proper and wake forest is north of raleigh.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Leigh
