We need to buy a new range. Looking for a dual fuel and want to upgrade a bit. Anyone have experience/dealings with Jeffrey's? They carry a couple of ranges we're interested in. How about Garner Appliance? The items we are looking at are not carried by the big box stores. Thanks in advance.

Purchased stove, frig and micro from Garner next to town center, great pricing and next day delivery. They do not install but have a local person they will recommend.

Don't know Jeffrey's, but I checked out Garner. I knew what I wanted and priced it from them and from Ferguson's. Ferguson's was much cheaper. They were also cheaper on 2 items than the big box stores, and on the ones that weren't, they price matched, so I got all my appliances at the same store (for newly built house).

Good experience with Jeffrey's. Price, delivery times, and customer service were all top notch. Will go back there in a heartbeat.
I think Garner is operated in a similar manner and is actually a little closer to me but Jeffrey's earned my respect the first time so I'll stick with them.

Based upon my experience, Jeffrey's and Garner are very similar - service oriented local companies. Yes, you can buy cheaper at the big box places. Ferguson's not so many years ago also started in on kitchens and baths, though I'd be surprised they were significantly less expensive.

Thanks for all the feedback! We're going to Jeffrey's tomorrow. Also recommended to us by the appliance repairman. Shouldn't have to go through this with a range that's only 4-1/2 years old!

We went to Jeffrey's yesterday. Very good experience and we puchased a new range. They deliver, install and remove the old range for a nominal charge. Thanks for the recommendations!
