Seems like some areas have nicely maintained homes backing to Bond Lake and the greenway.

Pulte, maybe?

Not too many resales lately. Good or bad?

I live in Oxxford Hunt and have walked around Bond Lake many times. There are some really beautiful houses backing up to the lake both in Oxxford Hunt and in other neighborhoods around the lake. They look to be fairly large and usually have beautiful decks and screened porches.

Maybe not too many resales because people are very happy here?

Some pictures I've taken around the lake..

You do lost a bit of privacy backing up to a hiking trail, but if I needed a bigger house and had the $$ to spend, I'd live in one of those houses in a heartbeat. :-)

Default Bond Lake Homeowner

I am one of those lucky homeowners that live in a home that backs up onto Bond Lake. The area is great, my neighbors are wonderful and the views are not to be believed.

We bought our house 5 years ago and moved in 2 years ago ( we rented the property for the first 3 years). We have made numerous upgrades, but love the home and it's views. Resales are few and far between, most of my neighbors have been in their homes much longer that my wife and I. Availability to the lake and the surrounding trails only add to our enjoyment.

I cant recommend this neighborhood enough.
