OP - I'm not sure what this "massive, encyclopedic tool" thing is that BurntHombre mentions, but I guess if it's good for looking up exotic terms, it might be useful for looking up sources for these things too.
CHTransplant your kids must be older. Bounce house is fun plastic play house full of air you can rent for birthday parties. Kids love them but you have to be careful not to let big kids get in there with the little ones.

I would start with places like Party City to ask where you can get them, or other general birthday party "suppliers" such as for clowns, ponies, etc.
