I just saw some newer/large/upscale townhomes right at the edge of Centennial campus yesterday. They are exactly what I'd like in terms of layout/size/finishing/near parks/etc but I wouldn't want to live there if its only loud/partying college undergrads. I'm hoping they would be more grad student/young professional types given the price. Does anyone have any experience or heard anything about these? Thanks!

There are many new townhome communities near NCSU. There is also Renassaince Park, close to downtown, that seems to be doing quite well.

The legal problems have been going on for at least 5 years. A coworker was supposed to purchase one of those when they first started, but the project kept getting stalled so often, that she was forced to threaten legal action to get her deposit back.
