Furthermore, juries are fickle and unpredictable. If you are innocent you don't want a jury trial but if you are guilty you do!
Im quite aware. However the implication that SAHM's have less sense than to listen to all of the evidence presented and instead focus more on gossip, plus base decisions regarding a mans life is insulting, wouldnt you agree?

If people watched the videos of the trial coverage, they'd get a much clearer idea of what happened in the courtroom. The media accounts didn't share this information because it hurt their story. (and a certain book that will be out in December.)

I thought it would be interesting to serve on a jury, so when I was called I went. A jury is full of people too stupid to get out of Jury Duty. Do NOT trust their deliberations. Jurors are shockingly stupid. I serve with a lady who thought that O.J Simpson's trial wasn't real, but a made for T.V. mini-series. No Joke.

Did someone actually sit and watch the whole trial online? I know they dont show the whole thing so you had to miss some things. I know that there was part of the trial they didnt show. So how can anyone say that they have all the facts and can say, without a doubt, that he is innocent or guilty? The only people that can say anything like that spent the whole trial in that courtroom.

I believe he is going to be upcoming soon . I bet he is a little more nervous in light of this conviction - maybe try and plea bargain??

What a terrible thing to say about the citizen who takes his/her civic responsibility seriously and interrupts life to perform jury duty. You better hope you are never in need of a clear thinking jury someday.

I thought that the attorneys tried their best to select just the opposite. . . . people that made decisions based on their emotions rather than rational thought.

I understand your point but who really looks forward to serving on a jury? I also understand the point of the first quote. Jury duty is easy to get out of if you have half a brain and a lack of desire. Unless you just that big of a geek to look forward to jury duty or have nothing better to do with your life you are pretty stupid for serving on a jury.
