We're considering a house in the Harrington Grove area and i know it's in the flight path, but the noise doesn't concern me as much as the possibility of pollution from all the jets flying overhead. Anyone know if that's a real concern living so close?

Thanks

I've sold a few homes in Harrington Grove and Windsor Forest and have seen some planes very up close!

I've actually had to stop talking for 30 seconds if one flys really low.

I've NEVER heard anyone even mention pollution. There is a phone number for RDU Airport Noise Control that you can call. Maybe they can tell you if they've had any pollution studies done.

I live very close to Leesville Rd. and I never hear any planes unless I'm outside at the deck, even then, it's very rarely to see them. Never heard of any pollution either, this area is very green with lots of trees. It's a great area!

VickiR, I used to live in Windsor Forest and it is no where near the airport - its off Durant Rd near Capital Blvd. You must have it confused with another subdivision off Leesville.
