I'm moving into a house in Wake Forest. I'll be right on the Wake/Franklin county line, on the Franklin County side. I will have a community well also...I think the sellers agent mentioned Aqua or something. As far as trash removal, I'm not sure if it will be through the town of WF or what. Would you have any idea what trash removal company I would have to use?

I'm in Cary. I pay a combined bill (water, sewer, trash, recycling) averaging $30 a month.

Weekly trash collection in northern Durham County (if using Clayton and Hurdle refuse haulers) is $48.00 per quarter. Water and sewer, not sure; we have private well and septic.

For those with private wells and septic tanks, what are the annual maintenance costs?

TIA!
