The only option we could find was Time Warner Cable. We have high speed internet, cable TV, and phone as a package for something like 115 per month. Although you'll find that there are lots of people on the forum who have disdain for Time Warner Cable :-) , I have found TWC's service to be reliable and of good quality.
When you go to TWC's website, it will ask you to insert the zip code to find out what services you can get for your area (and for what price). For reference, our zip is 27596.

depends on where exactly you are but time warner cable (internet/phone/cable) and embarq (phone/ internet) are going to be the most likely ones
