Hello,
We would like to build a 300 square foot patio with a small retaining wall in our backyard and need to use pavers. Can anyone give me a trustworthy company that won't cost us a fortune to do this? We are hoping to spend under $4,000 for the entire project. Thanks.

My first advice would be to wait until fall to get bids, I found that in the peak season, when patios are popular, prices are higher. We are looking to do the same and have got many quotes and it was amazing, the closer the spring/summer came the higher the quotes. We are looking to do a 550 sq ft and got the best estimate at 4200. Shop around, definately worth waiting until the fall.

I built something similar myself, and although it took me a year and a half (mostly due to funding issues), I think the result was worth it. Saved a ton of money, and my wife and I had a pretty good time putting everything together - kinda like a giant jigsaw puzzle. We got all our materials from Adams Products in Youngsville, and I admit I have a flush of pride every time I go outside and see the finished result. You might surprise yourself. I know I did.

Default me too

I have a thread on my issues getting quotes. Good luck! I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get 3 quotes, I have one after calling 5 companies and it was through the roof laughable.

We've discussed this quite recently and I still recommend Canyon Stone, who did my pool deck:

Sorry.

Does it help that the water is only 89 degrees? Maybe that's too warm for you and it won't be refreshing...although we plan to be out there from 9-11pm anyway.
