Does anyone know if Lennar has plans to build in Durham or if there are any neighborhoods, new or existing that sell 2500+ for 250k and below SFH? I have been to the website but wanted to see if anyone lived in a community that may not be listed (fully sold out) or if they knew of new communities popping up.

There is new one, Summerlyne ( Or something close to that sound) just popped up right across Glen Laurel subdivision in Clayton. Price range 200's to 300's. Sqft: 2000 and up.

Those were pretty nice but we already live in Clayton and that would be further out than we want. Really looking to be on the west side or North Raleigh (27616).
