Any Catholic Supply Store will have it. They run out fast these days though (no joke). It comes with a prayer that you have to say (kind of like a novena, for a certain number of days).

We must have had some help from St. Joseph last year - sold our house in 2 weeks.

You can find one in one of the following locations:

A) In front of the last house I sold, although it will be quite a drive to get him.

B) At the religious store across from the Streets at Southpoint Mall. That is where I got mine. It worked like a charm. Just bury him the proper way.

I think that store closed. There is still one at Crossroads in Cary though.
