Hi,
Apparently picture size for UK visa is different than the regular passport size photo. Anybody knows a place where I can get this picture taken. Size 45mmx35mm.

Thanks

Guessing you aren't a U.S. citizen hence the need for a visa?
In any event, try FedEx/Kinko's. Or, 45 mm = 1.77 inches and 35 mm = 1.38 inches. Why not just get a passport photo and trim it?

US Citizens who want to work or study in the UK will need a visa.

After wasting my money at CVS, I went to this guy for my Australian passport photo -
Cutting Edge Photo

He specializes in foreign immigration photo requirements. I think it cost around $20.
