We had flooding in our second floor bathroom that went through to the first floor. Just seeking repair/restoration company suggestions. Thanks!

I haven't personally dealt with them, but I know Servpro does this type of work. Try googling for reviews. You may have seen their green cars and trucks driving around. Their tagline is 'like it never happened'.

Dealing with this now as a tree when through my roof from the storms yesterday. My insurance company sent out ARCO and they have been wonderful so far.

we had storms yesterday? wow--I had no idea. Sorry you're dealing with that--that's why we needed restoration ourselves.

Yes, over here in Holly Springs/Apex around 2pm or so. I heard we got 3 inches (according to my mom) I think we had a microburst come through as it took down a massive oak tree in my neighbor's back yard that landed across my roof into my master bathroom. Water everywhere!

Thanks for the feedback ... the plumber who came out yesterday suggested Servpro -- that was the first I had ever heard of them! Nice to hear from customers of theirs who are happy with their work!

I know the guys that own Professional Restoration Services (PRS) out of Cary. They are both good people. I have another friend that had pretty major damage in the April tornadoes and PRS did their restoration. I heard nothing but praises from their work. They will deal with owner, or work with your insurance company.

+1

Locally owned, not a franchise. Trustworthy, reliable, capable.
