Advice on car dealers with lower end cars in Raleigh....

I just went through the used car search experience. There is no way I would waste time with dealerships in the $3k range. At that price point it is all about combing craig's list and word of mouth from friends selling cars. You need to be ready to pounce on the good ones because people start responding to ads within minutes of them being posted online.

I find it entertaining just reading the car ads on Craigslist.....some of them are way beyond any reasonable common sense explanation.
