I am thinking of buying a home in Brightleaf at the Park and I would appreciate any comments about whether this is a good idea or not. I am a transplant from another state and I am not as familiar with the Brightleaf area, so I could use some feedback. I really like the home that I am considering buying as it has all of the features I like. My one concern is the neighborhood and whether this would be a good investment. I plan to stay in the home for quite a long time (at least 10 years) and the neighborhood has all the amenities that I've been looking for. Has anyone heard of Brightleaf at the Park as not being a desirable place to buy? Does anyone know if it may be difficult to sell a home in Brightleaf in the future?
