need advice where to find short term apartment rental (Durham: apartment complexes, rentals)

Well we found our home & are moving to Wake Forest! Our home is being built & will not be ready until November. We need to move out of our NY home by Sept. 15. Does anyone have any suggestions on 2BR apartment rentals that don't require a lease? Also any suggestions on storage facilities would be appreciated. Thanks.

Personally, I would call some apartment complexes you are interested in or get recommendations for and see if they do a short term or corporate rate. Our complex in Durham advertises the usual lease but does have a corporate-type short term program as well.
