We used CW Carpet & Tile from Holly Springs a few years ago to install our bathroom tile floors. We were very happy with them. Hope they're still in business: 919-363-9006.
My brother and I have both used Bahia Tile. They did an exceptional job in my house with slate floors and my brother's bathroom floor in a funky retro subway style tile. Call Luis at 919-868-1633.
Jason from Polished Edge did our kitchen as well as granite countertops. Very good work by his crew and reasonable. You can find the number on their website easily. He was recommended on this forum.
