Chesleigh was an old dairy farm. The houses were built on pasture. So you have a view of nice rolling hills to the landscape on one side, very little trees to be seen, and pretty much flat on the other side. The subdivision itself is small at this point, and houses are very close to eachother despite the lot sizes. And for me the houses were built too close to the road also. It is a nice area, no problems there. Falls lake just down the road. The houses are all built by local builders, and the realtor is local also.
As for the quality of the houses, they seem to be just fine. And I looked at houses still in the process of being built, and finished.
And Chesleigh has Wake Forest addresses, but you are in Granville County. That is who you wil pay the property taxes to. No city taxes that I am aware of.

I cannot tell you about the other subdivisions you are inquiring about. Sorry.
